Job Title: English and Maths GCSE Intervention Tutor Location: England, Greater London, Ilford Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide tailored English and Maths GCSE intervention sessions to students Create and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Provide feedback to students and parents on progress and areas for improvement Collaborate with other educators and professionals to support students' academic development Required Qualifications: Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent Experience in teaching English and Maths at GCSE level Demonstrated ability to work with students of diverse learning needs Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years teaching experience at GCSE level Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the GCSE curriculum for English and Maths Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and engage students in their learning Effective classroom management skills Experience in providing intervention support to students Working Conditions: Part-time hours, flexible schedule Work in a classroom or learners home setting Interact with students, parents, and educational staff All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
