Operations Administrator
Salary: £26,351
Hours: 40 Hours
We’re currently looking for an Administrator to join us at our Grantham Depot. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a role with lots of variety where you can learn and develop your office administration skills.
It’s a busy role and no 2 days will be the same from processing and controlling the production of customer pick notes and invoices on SAP to maintaining the warehouse management system by keying movement sheets (Replens) and pulling jobs to voice. The Operations Administrator plays a vital role in keeping the warehouse moving; you’ll be liaising and working with the wider team & other departments to ensure effective communication and support.
To be successful in this role, you will have an eye for detail to maintain high levels of accuracy as well as the ability to organize your work effectively. You’ll enjoy being part of a team and have good communication skills to build and maintain great working relationships with colleagues. You will have some experience in an office-based role and possess good IT skills (SAP desirable). Above all, you will be customer-focused and willing to learn.
