Your Role
You will be the key contact for access to the Metrolink Network for planned engineering projects, the annual Metrolink renewals program of works and disruptive engineering works on the network.
Working with project managers, internal and external stakeholders to create a clear rolling annual plan for access to the network across the year and ensure that lead in dates are managed effectively and met.
You will develop communication and information for customers during planned engineering works and support the operator in ensuring alternative travel options are in place.
We are seeking an individual who can work effectively with key internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve access to the network and make a difference.
This is hybrid role where you will be expected to work in the office 2 days per week.

Who are we?
The Metrolink team works with key internal and external partners to ensure the efficient operation and strategic planning of the Metrolink network. As part of the team, you will have a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on public transportation services within Greater Manchester and access professional development, volunteering and special projects.

You will be required to have experience of working effectively with internal and external stakeholders and building key relationships while also encompassing the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written format. You’ll have contract management experience to deliver high standards of service performance as well as being able to analyse complex data and write reports succinctly and to time. It’s essential you can work under your own initiative and coordinate multiple access requests to make sure they have the least impact on our customers.

A permanent role with a salary of £40,650 - £45,107 per annum depending on skills and experience. We will support you through your development in the role and wider within TfGM.
