We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our team at Brick Lane School, part of Options Autism. In this role, you will support our Teachers in delivering creative and effective teaching approaches that cater to the diverse educational needs of our pupils. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with individual and small groups of pupils, preparing classrooms and materials, and fostering positive relationships to promote interaction and learning.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Support Teachers in planning and delivering lessons
• Prepare classrooms and materials for pupils
• Build positive relationships with pupils to promote interaction and learning
• Assist in assessing pupil progress and developing Individual Education Plans
**Requirements:**
• Educated to GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
• Previous experience working with SEN/ASC environments is desirable
• Excellent support skills and motivation to help every pupil reach their potential
• Calm, engaging, and resilient with strong communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances
The estimated salary for this position is £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
