3. Providing administrative support to the HR and Business teams
4. Managing office supplies and equipment
5. Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
6. Maintaining accurate staff records and databases
7. Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives
8. Assisting with health and safety procedures
9. Handling internal and external communication
10. Organising and scheduling appointments and events
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR and Business Support Administrator should have:
11. A degree or equivalent qualification in business, human resources, or a related field
12. Proven experience in an administrative or HR role
13. Strong knowledge of office procedures and systems
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
15. High level of organisation and ability to multitask
16. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
17. Ability to work well in a team and independently
