Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are working with our successful manufacturing client based in South Ayrshire; they have an excellent opportunity for a HR Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. There is an opportunity to work 3 days on site and 2 remote.
Responsibilities include:
Updating and Maintaining HR database
Point of contact in HR team for queries
Provide advice and guidance on company best practice and policies
Minute taking at HR meetings
Compiling confidential letters
Maintaining HR spreadsheets and trackers
Collate and record sickness absence
Support with recruitment and new starter compliance checks
Producing HR reports
Updating training database and documents
Organising and booking training coursesBackground required:
Previous HR administration experience
CIPD qualified or currently working towards completing your level 3 is preferred, however relevant experience will also be considered
Good communication skills
Excellent planning, coordination and prioritising skills
Confident IT skills including MS Office
