As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, helping them to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities:
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs
Assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
Supporting students in their academic and personal development
Collaborating with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive learning environment
Managing classroom behavior and promoting positive social interactions
Helping with personal care tasks, where necessary
Requirements:
Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable
