Designed to scale with a client’s business, Verto enhances project management maturity and simplifies operations. The Client Success team ensures the product is effectively embedded within client organisations through high-quality implementations, consultancy, and a responsive helpdesk.
Brief
We're seeking a highly self-motivated Client Success Manager with a positive attitude to build and maintain excellent client relationships. The ideal candidate will be experienced in project and programme management, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to adapt and present information effectively across all levels of an organisation. You should be adept at managing concurrent projects, handling challenges, and working collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship and Strategic Consulting
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and nurturing new client relationships for each engagement. You'll build and maintain strong connections with all contacts, particularly at the senior stakeholder level. Your primary focus will be providing consultancy to clients, identifying and documenting their strategic goals for Verto. Additionally, you'll offer ongoing support for managing these goals, including tracking client-led KPIs to ensure consistent usage.
Account Growth and Product Expertise
Working closely with clients, you'll understand key areas of support and identify potential service upsell opportunities. You'll proactively seek upsell and license expansion possibilities, collaborating with our Sales Team and Client Success colleagues to grow accounts. To excel in this role, you'll need to maintain a deep understanding of our evolving products and services, ensuring clients are using the most relevant features and functionality to meet their goals.
Demonstrations and Methodology
You'll be expected to provide comprehensive demonstrations of Verto to support the acquisition of new clients and encourage retention and growth for existing ones. Maintaining an understanding of project management approaches and methodologies is crucial for this position.
User Group Administration and Documentation
Part of your responsibilities will include supporting the administration of the Verto User Group. This involves producing videos, supporting online webinars, and running workshops. You'll also need to produce regular documentation for clients in support of their strategic goals, including account review packs.
Collaboration and Client Health Monitoring
Collaboration with our Product Team will be essential, as you'll represent client feedback and support the continuous improvement of Verto. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the client health scoring system, ensuring our clients' success remains a top priority.
Skills & Experience
* Accountable, committed, and decisive
* At least 3 years of experience of project and programme management
* Ability to adapt, present and provide information to all levels of staff across different sectors
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues in different teams and other external parties
* Ability to handle difficult situations and challenges to find effective resolutions
* A strong understanding of project methodologies
* Software implementation experience an advantage
* A professional qualification (ideally PRINCE2, Agile or MSP) would be an advantage
