What Your Day Will Look Like
* Collaborate with cross-functional delivery squads including product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver seamless digital experiences
* Take a hands-on approach in designing user interfaces and crafting delightful user experiences across mobile apps and websites
* Support the Design Lead in pushing the creative direction forward and meeting client expectations
* Advocate for data-informed design, leveraging user feedback and insights to guide your decisions
* Rapidly prototype, iterate, and refine high-quality visuals to meet fast-paced delivery cycles
* Present and articulate your design decisions clearly to internal teams and clients

Skill Requirements
* Strong proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, collaboration)
* Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects a plus)
* Knowledge of other design/prototyping tools like Principle, Sketch, or Framer is a bonus
* Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility
* Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to both creative and technical audiences
* A portfolio showcasing beautifully crafted interfaces and thoughtful UX solutions
