To work as a social worker within a multi-disciplinary team, delivering a service to individuals who have severe and enduring mental health problems and or with dementia.
This role is a statutory role and is underpinned by the Mental Health Act 1983, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Social Services and Well-being Act 2014 and the Mental Health (Wales) Measure 2010. The Community Mental Health Team is a busy team working with individuals with severe and enduring mental disorder. The successful candidate will undertake the role within the guiding principles of the Care and Treatment Planning framework. The individual will also undertake s.126 enquiries and be responsible for safeguarding the rights of those in their care.
You will be required to provide evidence of all qualifications specified as essential.
Ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
