Morgan Hunt is proud to be partnering with a private sector organisation with a public sector focus, seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Framework Manager to support the management and implementation of the increasing number of frameworks.
Job Title: Assistant Framework Manager
Salary: £40, per annum
Job Type: Permanent
Hours Per Week: Full Time
Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (2-3 days working on-site)

Department: Public Sector, Operations Division
Role Overview:
As the Assistant Framework Manager, you will play a crucial role in the Public Sector team by facilitating and promoting the use of our frameworks. You will work closely with clients and teams to formalise appointments, manage relationships with providers, report on usage and performance, and contribute to the development of this important growth area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain an extensive understanding of existing frameworks and call-off contracts.
2. Provide advice and guidance on operation, processes, and appointments to internal and external clients.
3. Monitor and report on contract performance, including KPIs and revenue.
4. Compile monthly management information for frameworks.
5. Work closely with the Head of Public Sector to help grow the business.
6. Maintain strong relationships with external Framework Managers.
7. Contribute to securing new framework appointments.
8. Ensure compliance with framework obligations, terms, and conditions.
9. Identify and implement opportunities to improve best practice.
10. Help with internal promotion of frameworks and public sector business.
11. Assist with the production of marketing material.
12. Provide occasional cover with portals.
13. Develop an understanding of procurement legislation.
14. Provide ad hoc assistance to the Team Head.
Personal Specification:
15. Knowledge of public sector frameworks, e.g., education, NHS infrastructure, local government.
16. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
17. Ideally, some experience with the public sector and/or real estate sector.
18. Understanding of the company's commercial objectives.
19. Dependable with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
20. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
21. Ability to provide a high level of service to clients and colleagues.
22. Prepared to show initiative and share ideas.
23. A collaborative approach to team working.
24. Eagerness for career progression and business growth.
