Konker is recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Exeter. Overall, this consultancy has 6 offices, employing over 180 staff and is on a journey to be a net-zero operation by the end of this decade. Due to continued growth in their Exeter office of 40, they are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to work on healthcare, education, commercial and residential projects. You will be supported & mentored to become a Chartered Architectural Technologist, and when you do become Chartered you will receive a bonus too.As a consultancy, they have a longstanding reputation for excellent designs and success. In the past 10 years, they have doubled in size and seen over 70% growth in the last four years. Within the Exeter office, a number of the management team joined as graduates and have progressed through the business. When you join them you will be offered a clear pathway for your career progression. The Position: Senior Architectural Technologist
* Assisting the design team and senior staff with technical drawings, specifications and construction documents
* Working on planning applications, building regulation submissions
* Undertake site visits whilst liaising with all stakeholders
* Produce NBS specifications
* Produce technical drawings

* Live within a commutable distance of Exeter
* Masters or a Bachelors Degree in Architectural Technology
* Previous experience working across RIBA Stages 4-7
* Have a UK Drivers License
* Experience using Vectorworks would be advantageous but it isn’t essential as you be trained on this
