Job Role: Social Media Executive.
Location: Glasgow with travel commitments.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to play a fundamental role in the day-to-day management of our Instagram and other social media channels.
As a rapidly evolving social-first brand, you will be responsible for captivating our creative and market-leading brand across all social channels including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat ads, and Pinterest. The goal is to drive awareness and engagement. Reporting to the Head of Creative, you will manage the social platform and will need to work closely with other members of the Creative Team.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years’ experience in a social media marketing environment.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
6. Must be able to work in a team environment.
7. Strong attention to detail with a right-first-time mindset and creative flair.
8. Experience of editing/creating social imagery for posts on all media channels.
9. Passion for social media and knowledge of all current trends.
10. Ability to assist with model shoots and events using a variety of equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Managing and executing all social content through our social channels (except for TikTok videos, which will be carried out by the TikTok Co-Ordinator).
2. Present TikTok livestreams when required (around 9 hours per week). May be requested for additional hours based on business needs.
3. Work with current and new affiliates to drive sales and content.
4. Take ownership of the social media calendar for Instagram, scheduling and publishing content across all social media platforms.
5. Maintain a consistent, on-brand tone of voice tailored for each social channel, ensuring a unified and compelling brand presence.
6. Executing growth strategies such as influencer campaigns, competitions, and photoshoots.
7. Strategize content by directing and reviewing shoot briefs and overseeing and optimizing the content calendar.
8. Evaluate performance, demonstrating effectiveness and business impact through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, and communicate this to the wider business.
9. Work closely with the graphic designer to create seamless social media campaigns for important sales periods.
10. Identify new platform opportunities and content streams to help grow our brand awareness and reach.
11. Assist with overseas model shoots and influencer trips when required.
