As a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Analyst at Sodexo, you'll support the management of physical and software IT assets to guide our daily and long-term strategic management of our IT environment. In this role, you will not only manage the CMDB, but also ensure data integrity and ongoing development of the function as you look to introduce new tools and technologies to increase efficiency and reliability. What you'll do:
* Provide insight to varied stakeholders about our IT infrastructure and technologies, including physical IT assets, software licenses and warranties
* Manage daily requirements for the CMDBs and CMS - data input, changes & updates, corrections and reports
* Collaborate with different core IT teams to manage assets and the relevant reporting for these

Proven experience in IT asset management and understanding of configuration management processes and data
* Knowledge and ideally certifications in ITIL IT service management
* Strong skills in Microsoft products, particularly Excel
* The ability to work with large data sets using different analytical methods
* Great communication skills, both written and verbal, to connect with a range of stakeholders on various requirements
