Commercial Assistant
Location - Plymouth
Responsible for assisting the commercial team in the regular financial reporting; processing and administration of applications for payment upstream and downstream.
To interrogate the job cost information in Causeway to ensure all works undertaken are correctly charged to our clients
To liaise with the appropriate Quantity Surveyor, Agent or others within the project team to obtain supporting information where necessary to enable the evidencing of Application for Payment details.
REQUIREMENTS
This role of Commercial Administrator is great for you if:
Ideal but not mandatory experience in use of Causeway (or similar) accounting software.
Proficient in MS Office essential - particularly MS Excel.
Good Oral and written communication skills
Demonstrate high standards of integrity and organisation.
High attention to detail
Strong organisational and IT skills
