LSH Auto is looking for a dynamic Handover Experience Partner to join our team and play a key role in enhancing the customer journey. In this position, you will be the face of our dealership during the crucial handover process, ensuring every customer feels valued and informed as they drive away in their new vehicle. Your focus will be on creating an exceptional handover experience by thoroughly explaining vehicle features, addressing any customer inquiries, and providing tailored service that leaves a lasting impression. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Delivering an engaging and informative vehicle handover experience for each customer. Explaining vehicle features and functions clearly and confidently. Ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and professionally. Building rapport with customers to foster loyalty and trust. Collecting feedback to help improve our handover process. Requirements: Experience in a customer service role, ideally within the automotive sector. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. A passion for delivering outstanding customer care. Knowledge of automotive technology preferred but not essential. Strong organisational and attention to detail skills. A valid UK driving license.
