Job Overview
We are looking for an Inclusion Centre Manager to join our dynamic team at Kirk Hallam Community Academy. You will be joining us at an exciting and pivotal time in our journey of improvement.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the Inclusion Centre on a day-to-day basis.
2. Work within an agreed framework of supervision and support the SENCO in coordinating the team of Teaching Assistants.
3. Support Post 16 students as required.
4. Take responsibility for interventions, coordinating individualised provision, and other learning activities that complement the work of the teachers.
5. Deliver, monitor, and assess pupil progress.
6. Work closely with parents/carers, other agencies, and specialist services such as Early Help, Educational Psychologists, and bespoke provision providers.
