Once the probationary period is successfully completed, this role offers a hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities: Handle maintenance-related queries from private tenants living in properties managed by our company on behalf of landlords. Report maintenance issues to approved contractors and coordinate access for repairs or quotations. Keep landlords informed with regular updates on the progress of resolving maintenance issues. Accurately maintain records in our internal database, documenting all inquiries, actions taken, and relevant communications. Collaborate regularly with local lettings branches and other internal teams involved in property management. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in residential lettings or property management is essential. A proactive problem-solver with a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to tackle maintenance issues effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Professional, confident, and approachable demeanour. Highly organized, able to prioritize urgent tasks amidst a busy workload. Proficient in IT, with a solid understanding of MS Office tools.
