By providing safe supported accommodation, rehabilitation services, and assistance with employment, community integration and sustainable independent living.Please understand that the job description is a framework for the responsibilities of this role, designed to adapt to the evolving needs of our residents.LOCATIONDunstable LutonPERSON SPECIFICATIONExperience in Positive Behaviour TrainingExperience in supporting Young People of Mixed SexExperience managing Emotional Behaviour DisorderExperience managing Challenging Behaviour young people,Experience in dealing with low to high Mental Health Needs.Offering support plans to meet their changing needs in their everyday life.Encourage the young people to make independent choices and take them out of their comfort zone so they can learn new things so they can become active members of the community.Having a background in Children Residential Homes, YOT, And County Lines, Mental Health & Autism is welcomed too.To register with BS Social Care, you will need a minimum of 1 years` experience working with Children and be able to supply 3 years referencing.
