Role:
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the bottling production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization. Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to address production bottlenecks or changes in demand.
Operational Oversight: Supervise production line operations, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities. Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
Quality Control: Enforce quality control standards to ensure product consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct regular quality checks and address any deviations.
Team Management: Lead and motivate production staff, providing training and guidance. Ensure a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols.
Efficiency and Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for optimization.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all production activities are performed in accordance with all safety regulations.
