Shift Times: 07:30am - 21:30pm (across 7 days including one sleep night)

You should be confident, upbeat, keen to learn, and show compassion to care for the people we support. Full training is provided, with numerous career pathways available, including our Nurse Apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities:
* Supporting with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating, and personal care
* Performing light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed clothes
* Assisting and supporting individuals to attend medical appointments
* Observing, monitoring, and recording physical and emotional well-being, and quickly reporting any changes to senior staff
* Encouraging participation in social and recreational activities
* Promoting independence
St Michaels is located in the village of Temple Ewell, near Dover, Kent. The residential service supports five adults who are autistic or have a learning disability. Our team is dedicated to supporting the people we care for to maximize their potential and work towards reducing the restrictions that they currently have in place.
