What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:
* Liaising with clients and answering general queries via email, over the phone and face-to-face
* Opening and closing files
* Typing dictation e.g. letters, attendance notes, reports etc.
* Creating and amending completion statements
* Producing and submitting HM Land Registry applications on the HM Land Registry portal
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous relevant experience would be preferred - this may be as a Legal Assistant / Paralegal or Legal Secretary
* Experience with HM Land Registry documents and portal and SDLT portal & ordering property searches
* Good typing and administration skills essential
My client is offering an annual salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience.
