Health, Social Care and Well-Being Partnership Officer (2 Posts)
Salary Scp 28 – 32 £28,635 - £32,675 pa pro rata
30 Hours per week (Work Pattern to be agreed)
About the role
A key community-based role, ensuring third sector participation in the Health, Social Care and Well-Being agenda at a local and regional level. Developing and supporting relationships with community organisations and health care providers through information exchange and joint initiatives.
About you
A resourceful communicator with a passion for a healthy, happy community. An effective team player, able to participate and contribute at forums and groups to influence best practice and positive outcomes. The knowledge and understanding of relevant health and social care legislation is essential.
