Job Description: We are looking for a strong team player to add to our excellent engineering team, your duties will involve – complete end to end system build along with providing supporting documentation. You will be reporting direct to Final Build Manager. Additional hours may be required if work needs to be carried out outside contracted hours. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform all installation, repair, Maintenance, test as instructed by your line manager Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization Tie workflow to schedule Build positive relationships with customers and promote professional conduct at all times Follow all company guidelines and procedures as per employee handbook Presentable at all times – correct uniform being worn with correct PPE All reasonable efforts to complete the works allocated Full system preparation and documentation prior to onsite installation. Occasional onsite visits to assist with System Installation. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Background knowledge in computer hardware (pc's, IP networks and WIFI) preferred PC literate (all MS Office suite) and aptitude to pick up new software packages quickly Communication and team working; works co-operatively with others to achieve a common goal and communicates information in a clear, concise and accurate manner Problem solving and decision making; analyses information appropriately in order to find best solutions and takes a balanced view to reach logical conclusions and make relevant decisions Commercial and organizational focus; demonstrates understanding of overall business and commercial issues facing company Good knowledge of setup requirements for our core software offerings (Fusion, IDStore, IpayImpact).
