Cheers to dreaming big The Role: As a Supply FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of Financial Planning & Analysis at Samlesbury Brewery. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the monthly financial closing process to ensure accurate P&L accounts are produced. Supply FP&A ensures the financial integrity of the Brewery’s P&L, complying with accounting principles, ABI standards, and relevant financial policies and procedures at all times. Prepare monthly P&L visibility and analysis for the FP&A management and Brewery Supply team, including gap analysis to proactively challenge the Brewery team on their performance with the aim of maximizing volume growth, service levels, and cost optimization. Generate insightful performance analysis and share findings with the Brewery team. Who We’re Looking For: Manage the Supply Budget in collaboration with the Brewery Manager and supply operational teams, working closely with the UK Senior Management Team. Translate the Strategic Plan into a clear Supply Budget P&L, along with key Target KPIs. Oversee resource allocation and validate business cases. As a key decision-maker, you will review and sign off major Supply investments within the Samlesbury Brewery, ensuring they meet profitability metrics and align with the Supply long-term strategy. Implement tracking and monitoring systems for business-critical projects, holding regular meetings to review performance. Experience and Skills Required: Experience in managing financial performance in the FMCG or Beverage industry. Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders. Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with sound decision-making techniques. Good understanding of financial processes and controls. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey clear messages and build compelling storylines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
