As a specialist in their field, this successful and expanding professional services company is seeking an Office Administrator/Co-ordinator to join their fast-expanding team.
Based in lovely contemporary offices in the heart of Altrincham, this role offers daily variety and would suit a personable 'hands-on' candidate who likes to 'manage' and be busy.
Your new role
In your new role, you will showcase your excellent administration and organisational skills by holding a hands-on role within the office and for the wider team. Working at the company's Altrincham Office, you will play a pivotal part in the successful day-to-day running and operations of the office and will be tasked with various duties to keep every day different, which will include:
1. Based on reception, you will be the face of the company and be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors, coupled with taking and managing calls, ensuring the reception area is presentable at all times.
2. Assisting with various administration & finance administration duties for the team including raising and sending out invoices and any other basic finance and admin duties.
3. Co-ordinating the office and supplies, including consumables and facilities.
4. Assisting colleagues with diary bookings, meetings, and ad hoc requests.
5. In this role, you will be the 'go-to' person for the team - with your positive and professional can-do attitude, you will have the nature to help and see tasks through to completion, having a flexible and adaptable attitude to help.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Experience of working in a professional services background in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
2. Administration, reception, and customer service experience are preferred.
3. GCSE Grades A-C including Maths and English.
4. Proficient experience of Microsoft Office, including Word, basic Excel skills, and calendar management with Outlook.
