What You'll Do:
* Handle shipping-related customer queries via Email, Chat, and Phone, ensuring resolutions meet SLA standards.
* Work closely with internal teams (inventory/export) and external partners (carriers, warehouses) to resolve shipment issues.
* Investigate and manage claims for lost or damaged packages, handling escalations efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
1. 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics/shipping.
2. Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication & organizational skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
