Manage referrals to key safeguarding agencies(eg social services or police)of any incidents or allegations of abuse and harm. Skills& Experience 10yearsexperiencein Safeguarding. Dynamicpersonalityabletoeffectivelyengageandinfluenceavarietyofaudiencesatall levels of a business. Confident communicator(written and oral)and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of internal and external organisations.
