Ochil Tower School offers 52-week residential placements to children and young people up to age 18 who have been assessed by their residential authority as requiring highly differentiated education and care provision to meet their complex needs. We are part of the Camphill Community Movement, and our practice is related to the principles of Social Pedagogy.
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Executive Director who has the leadership skills and business acumen to maximise the potential of Ochil Tower School. We are currently investing in a review of our Estate to further enhance our provision and, following a recent joint inspection by Education Scotland and the Care Commission, we are building on the strengths which were identified and addressing the points for action. The Executive Director is supported by a Head of Education, Head of Care, Head of Quality Assurance & Development and a Finance Manager and reports to a school board actively committed to supporting our improvement journey.
We welcome informal enquiries. Please contact Margaret Orr, Chair of the Board at margaret.orr@ochiltowerschool.org. Formal applications and a copy of the full remit can be obtained from HR at hr@ochiltowerschool.org
