The team will perform vital functions for firms and advisers to ensure that our core technology systems are working correctly and efficiently as well as providing training, support, system testing and development of new functionality. I am looking for a self-starting team player who has an attention for detail but also the ability to prioritise and act on their own initiative. Commitment to ensuring the team succeeds with all tasks and duties is essential. The role responsibilities: To work with AR firms across QFP and the National on the use and adoption of all QFP Technology solutions to achieve competence, efficiencies as a business tool, as well as a compliance support tool. To deliver 1:1 and group training development sessions to support the development of skills and knowledge to our adviser community and key stakeholders. To support the delivery of systems enhancements and releases through testing, delivery, training and adviser adoption. To assist in projects, as an SME, for the ongoing development of Quilter Financial Planning technology solutions. Maintain and create user guides/video tutorials to support current functionality across QFP Technology Solutions. Arranging and hosting 'hot topic' & training webinars and web training to assist in day-to-day queries Build and maintain relationships with 3rd party providers to assist in projects and query resolution. Support a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring that Good Customer Outcomes are at the heart of all decision making Demonstrate winning together by supporting the team collaboratively to deliver adviser adoption of QFP technology solutions and making it noticeably easier to do business. As a member of the team, you will continue to have opportunities to develop and learn and formal training and mentoring will be provided. Consumer Duty This role has co-accountability around Consumer Duty for avoiding foreseeable harm and supporting advice through QFP systems, both of which will have Consumer Duty implications. To understand and fulfil the requirements of Consumer Duty and act to deliver good client outcomes, as appropriate within my roles and responsibilities. This role has expectations of maintaining minimum levels of relevant Continuing Professional Development (CPD) individually. About You To be successful in this role, you will require: Strong presentation skills with the ability to quickly build and maintain key relationships with principals, advisers and other key stakeholders A confident approach, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) The ability to cope with short timelines and react quickly to changing priorities and key messages A quick learner with ability in solving any issues in a friendly but purposeful manner. Experience of designing and delivering training material The ability to work using own initiative but also as part of a team A good working knowledge Excel, Word, PowerPoint and It would be advantageous if you have previous experience of 3rd party Financial CRM and Point of Sale tools such as Xplan, Intelliflo, Dynamic Planner, but it is not essential The role will have high workloads at times, so you will need to be comfortable with this and with reacting quickly, using your own initiative, and having the technical skills to solve problems and follow processes.
