3. Manage and maintain contractual documentation to ensure compliance
4. Regularly liaise with the construction team and subcontractors
5. Handle incoming queries and provide relevant information
6. Maintain a well-organised filing system for all project documents
7. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
8. Facilitate efficient communication between various departments
9. Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Construction department
The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Administrator should have:
10. A strong understanding of administration within the property industry
11. Proficiency in document control and handling
12. Excellent communication skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders
13. Competence in using office software, including MS Excel and PowerPoint
14. Ability to work effectively as part of a construction team
