Job Overview Position: Spray Painter Location: Banbridge Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £26,000£28,000 per annum Schedule: Monday to Friday Responsibilities Spray painting and airbrushing machines to a high standard. Preparing and repairing fibreglass and other surfaces. Maintaining the paint booth, ensuring cleanliness and organisation. Managing and restocking materials using a Kanban system. Supporting workshop tasks, including repairs and machine preparation. Travelling to customer sites for maintenance when required. Final set-up and preparation of machines for customer locations. Requirements Experience: At least 2 years of spray painting or car body painting (essential). Proficiency in working with materials such as fibreglass and polycarbonate. Basic electrical knowledge; welding experience is an advantage. Familiarity with power tools and maintenance work is beneficial. Skills: Creative, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their craftsmanship. Organised, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Collaborative with a drive to succeed.
