Job summary Following the recent merger of health organisations within Somerset, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a new role within the Tissue Viability Service. We are looking for a forward thinking, solutions-based person to join us as a Band 5 Operational Support Manager. The merger has provided an opportunity to be creative with how we use the service resource, manage the day-to-day operational activity and support colleagues in the wider health and social care footprint of Somerset; this role will be pivotal in driving the team's vision to a reality. You will oversee the administrative functions and will Line Manager the administrative staff within the Tissue Viability Service. You will act as an ambassador for the Service, exercising initiative in responding to requests for information or requiring action. You will oversee the co-ordinated communication for the Service.
