Job summary The post holder will be a Speech and Language Therapist within the Acute Neurosciences Speciality at John Radcliffe Hospital, playing a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care for patients on Neuroscience inpatient wards. This may also include opportunities to work on the highly specialised Neuro Intensive Care Unit. The successful post holder will work closely with the Clinical Lead SLT for Acute Neurosciences, contribute as an integral member of the wider Adult Speech and Language Therapy Department, and collaborate effectively with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team, actively participating in MDT meetings to support therapy planning and patient discharges.
