The Right Client: Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful Property Management company based in Belfast. They would now like to recruit an Assistant Property Manager to the team.
The Right Role:
1. Logging on QUBE/ECS of all telephone, email, fax and letter communications.
2. Service Charge Invoicing and Credit Control procedures for Team Portfolio.
3. Service Charge Expenditure and Payments relating to Team Portfolio.
4. Developing and Implementing Tendering procedures for works required for Team Portfolio.
5. Producing maintenance reports for AGM, or ad hoc Meetings with development directors.
6. Developing, Implementing, and Reviewing all activities relating to the planned and un-planned facilities management of the Team Portfolio.
7. Assisting with the administration of Solicitor 'Sales pack' information.
The Right Fit: Ideally you will come from a Property Management background. Full clean driving licence and access to a car is essential.
