We're working with a vibrant, fast-growing SaaS company based right in the heart of London, and we're looking for a passionate and empathetic Business Development Manager to join their team. They are not just selling software; theyre providing valuable tools that empower their clients to achieve their goals.
What You'll Be Doing:
Building Relationships:You'll be the friendly face of the company, connecting with potential clients and understanding their unique challenges.
Consultative Selling:This isn't about hard selling; it's about listening, understanding, and providing tailored solutions that truly resonate.
Navigating Sensitive Conversations:You'll be approaching customers with care and sensitivity, ensuring they feel heard and valued.
Driving Growth:You'll play a key role in expanding the client base and contributing to our company's success.
Collaborating with a Fantastic Team:You'll be working alongside a supportive and talented group of people who are passionate about what they do.
Office Based Role:This role is based in their vibrant London office, 5 days a week, where you can collaborate and connect face-to-face with the team.
What We're Looking For:
A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for helping others and building strong relationships.
Experience in a consultative sales role, ideally within the SaaS industry (but we're open to passionate learners!).
A sensitive and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

What We Offer:
A basic salary between £40,000 and £45,000 with a £70,000 OTE.
