The role is leading on their internal communications across multiple brands, and also wiser marketing support. What's great about this role is currently there is no cohesive internal comms strategy, and you will have the opportunity to play a part in creating it.
Experience in a similar role is not the key focus for us in this search, we need a strong writer capable of crafting compelling copy for a variety of channels both digital and offline. We need a creative person, ideally with some design skills but if you are capable and have none they can be taught, or you can use Canva. The desire to learn, and the ability to create things attractive is paramount though.
Other than that we just need one- or two-years marketing/comms experience, a gregarious outgoing personality, we need somebody who enjoys people and can help bring the whole company together. Day to day you will be writing content, creating newsletters, being a pivotal role supporting on company events and engaging the employees to attend, creating invites, and coming up with new and fresh ideas do encourage and drive employee engagement.
