This role sits within our Defence Manufacturing Operations business, supporting LiftWorks – the specialist team responsible for the production of key components for the vertical lift system of the F35 fighter jet. What you will be doing With this attractive opportunity you will get a chance to: Operate industrial furnaces and perform chemical cleaning of aerospace components Conduct acid etch processing, abrasive blasting and other surface treatments Carry out masking and hand paint spraying to precise technical instructions Work within a highly controlled manufacturing environment, delivering to strict quality and safety standards Who we’re looking for At Rolls-Royce we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
