Operations Manager - Contract Catering (Healthcare) - North Wales
Salary: £55k per annum, car or mileage allowance plus benefits - 52 weeks
My client is a multi-sector contract catering company who are passionate about providing an exceptional catering service to their clients.
An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated, fully flexible Operations Manager to oversee and manage mainly healthcare contracts within the North West Wales area (Bangor, Anglesey, and Pwllheli).
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage healthcare contracts.
2. Train new starters and existing staff.
3. Increase sales in units.
4. Attend client meetings and engage with potential clients.
5. Assist with the mobilisation of new contracts.
Requirements:
1. Previous Operations Management experience, particularly within the Healthcare sector.
2. Experience in B&I and education is desirable.
3. Genuine passion for food and knowledge of current food trends.
4. Effective communication skills and strong financial acumen.
5. Ability to drive the business forward and manage clients effectively.
6. Flexibility for early starts and late finishes.
The successful candidate will come from a quality-focused contract catering company and have Operation/Area Management experience within the Healthcare sector.
My client is offering a salary of around £55k, company car, laptop, phone, and pension. This is a 52-week position.
