We are seeking a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with good organisation skills and a good understanding of purchase ledger processes. What you’ll be doing Administer the purchase ledger processes and procedures Processing of supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Conduct regular reviews of supplier accounts to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Assist with month-end and year-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. About You Experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role, Strong understanding of purchase ledger processes and best practices. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively. High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others. Proficiency in financial systems and software, with strong Excel skills. A proactive, problem-solving mindset Experience with ERP systems, with the ability to demonstrate their use in purchase ledger and financial processes What are the perks?
