Key tasks include Provide an end-to-end Retrofit Coordination service of multiple concurrent PAS2035 projects Ensure PAS 2035 compliance under ECO and any other relevant schemes, completing documentation in an accurate and timely manner Liaise with Retrofit Assessors, installers and customers as required Liaise with the government quality standard organisation Trustmark, certification bodies, and accreditation schemes to resolve disputes arising from audit failures. Liaise with relevant technical guidance outside of PAS2035 where required to accurately guide and support stakeholders Lodge Retrofit projects into the TrustMark Data Warehouse Do you have…: Level 5 diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management Knowledge and understanding of PAS2030/ PAS2035 Construction industry experience such as working as a Contractor, Surveyor, Site Manager/Agent or Clerk of Works etc A good understanding of a range of building services systems - particularly heating, insulation and ventilation systems What's in it for you?
