• Up to £55,000 pa (DOE)

As a Residential Manager you will need to possess the following skills and attributes:
• Recent experience working within the residential sector at a Registered Manager level within a Children Residential Service
• A “Good” or “Outstanding” grade within your recent OFSTED Inspections
• Exceptional management & leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality care.
• Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care (Children and Young Peoples Workforce) - or equivalent
• Diploma Level 5 Leadership and Management - or equivalent
