This secondary school has a very diverse and vibrant community of over 1500 students.
It is a "Good" Ofsted school and OFSTED judged the effectiveness of leadership and management as Outstanding.
In 2023/2023 the school were in the highest performing 55 schools in the country with a progress 8 score of 1.06.
The school will do everything they can go to grow and retain their staff and have numerous members of their SLT who were former trainee teachers.
For ECTs they will support and train them and help them in their journey to be the best teacher they can be. The school will also support and provide CPD and opportunities to more experienced teachers.
