As a Night Care Assistant, you should be able to multi-task, prioritise workloads and remain calm under pressure. The primary goal of the role is to provide exceptional care to the ladies and gentlemen we support while understanding their individual needs and building empowering relationships with them.

About the role
Principal Roles and Responsibilities
1. Review and work in accordance with individual care plans for our ladies and gentlemen and provide personal care in line with them, enhancing their physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
2. Interact with the friends and family of people living with us where appropriate, including attending review meetings. Meeting and greeting other visitors to the home and representing Rochcare professionally.
3. Show a desire and passion to help make a difference to the lives of others and work effectively as part of a team who believe in respecting every person as a unique individual, treating them with the dignity you would wish for yourself.
4. The post holder will demonstrate an ability to build and maintain relationships with people whose understanding is impaired and their families through good communication skills.
5. The post holder is required to complete all necessary records and routines accurately and maintain a clean and safe working environment for everyone living and working at the home.
The ideal candidate should be ready to assist and look after the physical and personal needs of the older people living in our care home. We’re looking for someone who is naturally compassionate who can help us deliver exceptional care. This role is about being committed to the wellbeing of each person, looking after any complex needs with real sensitivity.
Schedule: Part-time, Full-time, Permanent or Bank available.
Wage rate: £9.10 - £9.70 per hour (depending on qualifications)
