SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR Our Client is a world leader in what they do and they are looking for a Service Coordinator to join their expanding and friendly team. They manage a number of large accounts who buy and use their coffee machines. The Role Answering customer calls/email’s and enquiries via our portal regarding breakdowns and planned service works To allocate daily incidents to engineers within your region Answering general enquiries General administration - including data entry, answering telephone calls, cover as required Schedule engineers’ diaries General administrative tasks The Candidate Have worked in a fast paced environment, ability to multi-task Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Great telephone manner Customer and team focused Excellent organisational skills Enthusiastic, personable Due to a very high number of applications we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
