This isn’t your ordinary Hotel Receptionist job. There’s no over the counter check-in here. At YOTEL we have check in kiosks where we walk our guests through check in at a pace they set. From Self Service to hand holding, you’ll be managing guests in a variety of ways.
We are looking for a superstar night receptionist to join our Mission Control team. Fantastic customer service skills are a must. A knowledge of the local area to support guests as needed is desired.

This role will require supporting the Night shift as and when required.
A snapshot of your key responsibilities:
* Updating internal systems of guest presence.
* Support & completion of night audits.
* Maintaining security of the building at all times.
* Taking payment for outstanding charges and keeping accurate records of these.
* Guest satisfaction and interaction.
* Working with the Sales & Revenue departments to highlight key corporate leads based on booking trends.
* Maintaining general cleanliness of lobby area and other public areas.
* Assisting F&B team to drive drinks sales and provide late night refreshment for residents (training provided).

Pay: £11.66 per hour
