Paying between £16 an hour Long Term Role Weekly payments Outside IR35 Based in Newport, Wales Role Overview Support the wider project team with general administrative tasks and coordination. Assist with reporting. Provide office operations support, including scheduling, communication, and record-keeping. Be an all-rounder capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks and responsibilities. Manage administration of construction works that require CAB approval, including document management, compliance and communication with various stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as an administrator in a construction company (minimum 2 years). Experience with office administration and document management. Proficient in MS Office and other administrative tools. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
