The Role:
A resourceful individual that will encourage pupils’ to reach their full potential
Creating, administering, and grading assignments, quizzes, tests, and exams to evaluate student progress and understanding.
Delivering engaging and effective lessons in grammar, literature, writing, and reading comprehension.
Being able to cater for any SEN pupils within your classroom
Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect.
Assessing student progress and being creative with lessons.
Maintaining open lines of communication with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and behavioral issues.
Offering additional help and tutoring to students who struggle with English concepts.
Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
