We are currently recruiting for an Examination Centre Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will work at our Examination Centre in London EC3.
You will be responsible for managing the examinations taking place at the centre and for supporting VICTVS invigilators when they are on-site.
The ideal candidate will be very good with people, very well organised, positive, enthusiastic, and responsible. You must be able to work to deadlines, be calm under pressure and be adaptable enough to respond to rapidly changing situations.
We are looking for candidates with degree-level education or equivalent experience. Prior experience in an examination centre manager role would be an advantage, but most importantly we are looking for someone who can thrive in this environment and who is keen to take ownership of challenging, exciting work.
Due to the nature of this role, the successful applicant will be required to have a flexible approach to their working hours and pattern.
Role Purpose / Responsibilities:
1. Management of the examination centre including securely opening and closing the offices, and overseeing policies and procedures such as Health and Safety, Information Security and Data Protection.
2. Supervision of on-site VICTVS invigilators during examination periods.
3. Administrative duties including processing candidate data and exam information, and assistance with examination scheduling, merchandise and stock processing and upkeep of exam centre signage.
4. Engaging with candidates and other stakeholders, and being the primary Point of Contact for anyone on-site.
5. Ensuring all formal Quality Management processes are followed and that client SLAs are achieved.
6. Positively contributing to departmental KPIs.
7. Set up and maintenance of centre hardware and examination software.
8. Analysing the day-to-day running of the exam centre and identifying opportunities for efficiencies and growth.

1. Excellent customer service and communication skills (essential)
2. Excellent administrative skills (essential)
3. Understanding of how to maximise the potential of facilities and examination centre spaces
4. Strong cultural intelligence and interpersonal skills
5. Self-disciplined and diligent
6. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise work and to complete tasks to deadlines
7. Accuracy and attention to detail
8. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook), confident user of new technologies
9. Ability to work as a member of a team
10. Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications and Experience:
1. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar customer-focused role
2. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work
5. Degree / post-grad or equivalent experience in a relevant field
