Part Time – 21 hours a week Location: Oxford Salary: £27,945pa, £16,767pa pro rata About the Role The Facilities Assistant will support the day-to-day management of Restore’s premises, ensuring they remain safe, functional, and well-maintained for service users, staff, and visitors. This role involves assisting with routine maintenance, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Facilities Assistant will be responsible for monitoring building conditions, responding to maintenance issues, liaising with contractors, and managing supplies and equipment to keep facilities in optimal condition. They will also support risk assessments, fire safety procedures, and the implementation of policies that promote efficiency, security, and sustainability. Working closely with internal teams, the Facilities Assistant will help create a safe and welcoming environment that enables Restore to deliver high-quality services effectively. Their proactive approach to facilities management will contribute to minimising disruptions, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring a comfortable space for all who use Restore’s services. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities: Person Specification Essential: Practical experience in facilities, maintenance, or a similar role.
